Commercial Operations Manager
Commercial Operations Manager
Location: Lafayette, California (Full Time, In Office)
Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Build a Business, Backed by One That Works
We're looking for someone who wants to learn how a growing business really operates.
Dablicator is the applicator hardware division of Jetty Extracts, a 150 person cannabis company with operations in California, Colorado, and New York. Dablicator sells its product to more than 30 states and multiple international markets.
We run as a self contained unit inside that structure, with our own product roadmap, sales pipeline, and P&L. You get the resources and stability of an established company along with the speed and ownership of a small team building something new.
This is not a narrow marketing role or an entry level operations position. You'll work directly with the President and Director of Operations, gaining hands on experience across sales, customer success, marketing execution, operations, product launches, manufacturing, and executive decision making.
You'll have real responsibility from day one. One hour you may be helping prepare for a customer meeting. The next you may be coordinating a product launch, organizing follow up from a GTM meeting, updating HubSpot, preparing marketing materials, or boxing product samples for overnight shipment.
If you're looking for a job where every day looks the same, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you're curious, resourceful, enjoy solving problems, and want to help build a business, we'd love to meet you.
You Bring the Tech, We Bring the Business
We know the business and our customers. We're looking for someone who already knows how to work with modern AI tools and can put that fluency to work from day one.
You should already be comfortable with:
• Claude, including Claude Cowork
• ChatGPT and other modern AI tools
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• HubSpot and Asana, or similar CRM and project tools
• Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
What You'll Do:
Customer Success
• Coordinate customer onboarding and launch activities
• Schedule recurring customer check ins
• Track follow up items and ensure commitments are completed
• Help customers stay informed, engaged, and successful
• Support educational initiatives and customer communications
Commercial Support
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries
• Coordinate product samples and customer requests
• Support the President with meeting preparation, follow up, and account coordination
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in HubSpot
• Help ensure opportunities continue moving forward
Marketing Execution
• Own the email marketing calendar, from planning through send
• Own social media publishing and keep the content calendar on schedule
• Own website updates and keep content accurate and current
• Take ownership of presentations, sales materials, and customer collateral, keeping them accurate and on brand
• Partner with our marketing and design resources to keep projects moving
Operations Support
• Work alongside the Director of Operations on daily priorities
• Coordinate GTM meetings, agendas, notes, and follow up
• Support production scheduling and launch readiness
• Assist with logistics, customer documentation, and shipping
• Help solve whatever challenge the day brings
Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
• One to four years of professional experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communicating with customers, vendors, and senior business leaders
• Strong critical thinker who enjoys solving problems
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Fluent with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, and quick to pick up new ones
• Positive, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed

You'll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, encouraged to think independently, and given the opportunity to develop skills that extend well beyond a traditional marketing or operations role.
We hire for judgment, initiative, curiosity, and character as much as experience. If you're looking for a place to learn, contribute, and grow quickly, we'd love to hear from you.
